Automotive World speaks with J.D. Power on some of the forces influencing truck buyer satisfaction in Japan

Japan's heavy-duty truck market is witnessing growing brand polarisation when it comes to owner satisfaction. The J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2014 Japan Heavy-Duty Truck Ownership Satisfaction Study found that while overall market satisfaction remained the same compared to 2013, the satisfaction gap between the highest- and lowest-ranked brands in both the mid-size and small fleet segments widened to 30 points in each segment.
