Chinese automotive components manufacturer SORL Auto Parts has entered into a preliminary agreement with the Shandong Shifeng Group to form a strategic alliance.
The framework agreement states that Shandong Shifeng intends to increase its procurement of brake systems and related products from SORL in 2010. Shandong Shifeng also plans to implement
