Mr. Vinod Aggarwal, the Chief Executive Officer of Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, has been confirmed as a speaker at Automotive Megatrends India 2015. He will participate in a panel discussion on India’s commercial vehicle industry over the next ten years.
Mr. Vinod Aggarwal is the CEO of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd, which he has held since July 2010.
He joined Eicher in 1983 and since then has handled various assignments across the Tractor, Trucks, Buses, Gears and Engines Businesses. He took over the role of the Group CFO in 2006; President of Eicher Trucks and Buses in 2009 and Chief Executive in July 2010.
A commerce graduate from Punjab University, he is qualified both as a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Works Accountant.
He was conferred the ‘CV Man of the Year Award’ at the annual Apollo CV Awards 2014 in recognition of his extensive contribution.
Automotive Megatrends India is a two-day, multiple-stream conference focusing on commercial vehicles and passenger cars. The panel discussion on day two will cover the key megatrends which look set to shape the country’s car industry over the next ten years and beyond.
