Nils Richardt, Chief Development Manager Transmission Fluids, Shell has been confirmed as a speaker at Automotive World’s Commercial Vehicle Megatrends Europe 2013, which takes place in Brussels on 12 November 2013.
Nils has a Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in Energy Technology and Marine Transmissions from TUHH Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, which included 12 months exchange study at University of Waterloo, in Ontario.
Following graduation, Nils worked for two years with the Technical Sales Service and Product Development teams at Industrial Lubes, after which he worked in the Sales/Technical Accounts team for three years.
In 2001 he joined the Shell Technology Centre in Hamburg as Project Leader for Automotive Transmission Fluids for heavy duty, off road and final drive applications. Since 2008 he has also been responsible project leader for the F1 Gear Oil Development Program.
Organised by Automotive World, Commercial Vehicle Megatrends Europe 2013 is a one-day, two-stream conference. Nils will be speaking in Session 3: Fuels & Lubricants.
