Emitec, a Continental/GKN Driveline 50:50 joint venture for emissions technology, has announced the acquisition of the Danish company Grundfos NoNOx, described as one of the world's leading producers of pumps and related metering equipment for Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems.
