Ricardo has announced that an agreement has been signed for the planned sale of its Germany-based Prototechnik exhaust manufacturing business to Eberspaecher.
The sale agreement includes the transfer of the business, employees, plant and equipment and inventories for cash consideration of €2.0m (US$3.14m). Ricardo is retaining responsibility for trading until completion
