Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) today announces executive and organizational changes, as outlined below.  The executive changes, previously announced on March 6, were ratified here today at TMC’s General Shareholders Meeting.

Purpose

After the above changes, the number of TMC divisions will remain at 232.
