Russia: “Investing now makes sense”

Wabco is the latest to announce further business in one of the world’s most volatile markets

September 2015 has seen a number of companies announce partnerships in Russia. GAZ, the country’s largest manufacturer of commercial vehicles (CVs), signed a memorandum of understanding with Japanese OEM Isuzu that could lead to joint engine development and contract manufacturing of Isuzu vehicles in Russia. Sollers and Mazda have also signed an MoU, which will see the pair explore potential for an engine production plant at their joint venture (JV) manufacturing plant in Vladivostok.
