High capacity vehicles cut CO2 emissions, and could be deployed now, says ACEA

The matter of high capacity goods vehicles has surfaced again, following the release of a white paper by the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA). The organisation is calling for the introduction of a ‘High Capacity Transport’ (HCT) system across the bloc that would allow high capacity vehicles (HCV) to travel over borders unrestricted by legislation….
