According to a Truckinginfo.com report, Allison Transmission has extended its partnership with Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) for its transmissions to be the exclusive automatic transmission on all DTNA product lines, including Freightliner, Western Star, Freightliner Custom Chassis and Thomas Built Buses. The transmissions will work in conjunction with engines
