Amerigon’s research and development subsidiary, BSST LLC, has acquired full ownership of the joint venture ZT Plus, buying out the stake currently held by 5N Plus Inc. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Amerigon chairman Oscar B (Bud) Marx noted that ZT Plus will continue to focus on development
