Cummins and Westport Innovations have amended the joint venture agreement covering their Cummins Westport Inc (CWI) joint venture. The partners have stated that the agreement was amended to provide clarification regarding the scope of products within CWI, among other things. CWI specialises in alternative fuel engines for the commercial vehicle
