Shamprasad Ponkshe, Executive Vice President (R&D), AMW Motors has been confirmed as a speaker at HD Truck Pune.
Ponkshe leads product engineering and development across all vehicle platforms including tipper, transit mixture, tractor, haulage and buses for all markets. His team is currently working on the launch of the “New Generation Truck” as well as diversification of the AMW vehicle portfolio.
Prior to joining AMW, he worked as Vice President (Engineering) at Mahindra Navistar Automotive, where he was instrumental in the development of new truck ranges.
Over the past 35 years Ponkshe has worked in various capacities with organisations like Tata Motors, Texmaco-Indonesia and Kinetic Motor Company.
