Elektrobit (EB) announced that its driver assistance system EB Assist Electronic Horizon won Best Safety or ADAS solution during the TU-Automotive Detroit 2015 conference and exhibition (June 3-4) in Novi, Michigan. This is the second consecutive year EB’s driver assistance technology has won this prestigious award.
EB Assist Electronic Horizon provides accurate street map and topographical data for predictive driver assistance features such as night vision, curve speed warning and traffic sign recognition or range determination for e-cars and automated driving functions. Its powerful combination of navigation and driver assistance software allows carmakers to develop systems that help drivers evaluate the road ahead, while ensuring safe, comfortable driving.
