Dr. Ajit Kumar Jindal, Head of Engineering Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, has been confirmed as a speaker at Automotive Megatrends India 2015.
Jindal is responsible for the Design and Development of Commercial Vehicle platforms of Tata Motors, ranging from Small Commercial vehicles up to Heavy Duty Trucks like ‘PRIMA’, Bus Platforms and defense vehicles.
He has over 37 years of experience in the auto industry, specifically in the area of development of Engines, Transmissions & Vehicle Integration.
Prior to Tata Motors, he worked with Swaraj Mazda India and Eicher Motors.
He is also a postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in IC Engines was awarded PhD for his research in developing model based tool for integrating the engine and vehicle simulations.
