- Dr. Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt to move in 2016
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG, Hans Dieter Pötsch, has asked the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Daimler AG, Dr. Manfred Bischoff, to release the Member of the Board of Management for Integrity and Legal Affairs of Daimler AG, Dr. Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt, from her current contract, which is scheduled to run until February 28, 2017. She is to move to the Volkswagen Group as Member of the Board of Management for Integrity and Legal Affairs on January 1st, 2016.
In the interests of the Good Corporate Governance of the German automotive industry, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Daimler AG has agreed to this request after consultation with the Presidential Committee of the Supervisory Board, after Compliance is anchored firmly at Daimler and its corporate culture.
