Goal of zero traffic accidents no longer a utopian view

Zero fatalities in traffic accidents is no longer a utopian vision and Continental's Elmar Degenhart believes they can be relegated to the past with advances in new technology. The Chief Executive advocates cross-industry cooperation and transparent vehicle networking, and recently stated in an address at the VDA Congress in Hanover on 20 March that work on future mobility must focus on end customers and their interests.
