German authorities highlight danger of Tesla’s Autopilot

The market for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) is growing as OEMs turn to active safety features in the hope of lowering the number of vehicle collisions and resulting fatalities across the world. However, the capability of Tesla’s Autopilot system in particular has recently come under question after a series of collisions and a recent fatality were reported.
