Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer Foton has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia's JC Company to establish a local automotive parts and software distribution network. The Automate parts business framework follows a prior agreement for the truckmaker to build a manufacturing facility in the Middle East country.
