CA$1m Canadian connected car programme to drive innovation

A recent CA$1m project into connected and autonomous vehicle technologies has been launched by Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) on behalf of the province of Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Research and Innovation. The Connected Vehicle/Autonomous Vehicle (CVAV) Research Programme will not only promote growth of next-generation technologies in Ontario, but also showcase the most innovative research taking place on the topic of connected and autonomous vehicles in the world.
