The SAIC-GM-Wuling joint venture has announced plans for yet another plant in China. The partnership, a three-way collaboration between GM, SAIC and Wuling Motors, plans to start construction on a third manufacturing facility in Chongqing Municipality, in mid-west China, next year, with operations to begin in 2015.
