New commercial vehicle registrations in Europe rose for the first time in nearly two years, by 8.8% to 186,469 units in March 2010. Comparatively, March 2009 had accounted for registrations of 171,343 CVs.
For the first quarter in 2010, registrations dipped 1.3%, falling from 437,253 units in the January-March 2009 period
