Rémy Bayle has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Banque PSA Finance effective 22 April 2015. He will replace Philippe Alexandre, who has decided to leave the Group to pursue a new professional project.
Mr Bayle will report to Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon, Chief Financial Officer of PSA Peugeot Citroën and Chairman of Banque PSA Finance.
Mr Bayle, 53, is a graduate of the ESC Business School in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
He has held a number of responsibilities within Banque PSA Finance, serving as Chief Finance Officer, Corporate Risks Officer at French headquarters and Managing Director of branches in the United Kingdom and Switzerland before being appointed Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury of PSA Peugeot Citroën in July 2012.
