Ravi Pisharody, President, Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors, has been confirmed as a speaker in the Big Picture Panel Discussion on Day 1 – Commercial Vehicle at Automotive World’s Megatrends India ’14, taking place on 25 February 2014.
Pisharody joined Tata Motors Ltd. in 2007 and is currently President of the Commercial Vehicles Business Unit. Prior to this, he worked with Castrol Ltd (1999-2007), a subsidiary of BP, initially as Regional Marketing Director, for the regions comprising India, Middle-East, Africa and Turkey, and subsequently based in Singapore in a global marketing role.
Earlier, he worked with Philips India (1981-1999), a subsidiary of the Dutch company, in various roles, the last of which was as Vice President, Consumer Electronics Division. Ravi Pisharody is a Post-Graduate in Management – Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He holds a B. Tech in Electronics Engineering – Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Pisharody will speak in Session 1 – Big Picture Panel Discussion, in which leading stakeholders will discuss the outlook for India’s light vehicle market over the next ten years and beyond.
