On December 16, Punch Powertrain’s CEO Cor van Otterloo received the award for “Best entrepreneur in the Limburg province” out of the hands of Flemish vice prime minister Kris Peeters. The competition strong, with runners from Aminolabs, Melexis, Nitto and Powertools.
The award ceremony was organized by the local Belgian newspaper “Het Belang van Limburg” for the first time.
Upon being handed the award Cor van Otterloo emphasized that the award was the result of a team effort of Punch Powertrain. He also expressed his appreciation in shareholder LRM for the confidence to invest in the company when there were hardly any sales in 2009.
