With 30 years of working with product development & manufacturing industries, Gautam has spent most of his career working with transformations – transformation of products, processes and people.
He is passionate about his profession and would like to contribute towards the “excellence” initiatives of Indian manufacturing community, and making engineering the preferred profession among the younger generation in India.
