Kögel has completely revised its Full Service offer for the transport logistic 2015 fair. Thus Kögel will be offering its customers in many European countries an optimum Full Service solution tailored to all Kögel trailers in the form of its BasicService and ProService packages, which are available as an option to companies in the forwarding industry. Forwarding companies can thus keep an eye on their overheads, as well as optimising them for up to six years, paying only a very favourable monthly rate. Intermittent maintenance work will be carried out by one of Kögel’s more than 500 contract workshops in Germany or by one of its almost 400 additional contract workshops in Europe. This ensures that the value of Kögel semi-trailers and trailers is maintained. This service also minimises downtime and improves planning security.
Kögel BasicService
The BasicService includes all service tasks required and recommended by Kögel, according to the maintenance check list, including any spares, wear parts and materials required to complete them. In addition, all repairs required due to wear and tear on vehicles affected by the contract are covered, on condition that they were used and deployed appropriately and for the appropriate purpose. Excluded from this offer are our optional additional services. The BasicService also covers wages, materials and auditing.
Kögel ProService
ProService covers all the services offered by the BasicService package. In addition, Kögel will pay the inspection charges for the main investigation legally prescribed in the various regions and for the safety test carried out in cooperation with accredited test organisations. The annual Lasi-Check in accordance with DIN EN 12642 XL is also included in the ProService.
Individual Full Service package
The following services can be booked in addition to the BasicService and ProService: worn tyre service, including the associated replacement costs. Refrigeration system service for maintenance and repair of the refrigeration unit in accordance with the contractual terms of the refrigeration unit service. The calibration and maintenance of the temperature recorder and cleaning of the evaporator are optional elements of the refrigeration system service, as is a sealing test carried out on the refrigeration system. Drop side and roller shutter door service for maintenance and repair in accordance with the contractual terms of the manufacturer. It is of course possible to agree an individual Full Service contract in combination with the attractive leasing and hire purchase contracts available from Kögel.
