Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CVGI) extends its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of S.A. (“Tony”) Johnson who passed away on November 16, 2014 at the age of 74. Mr. Johnson served as a member of the company’s board of directors since 2000. “We mourn the passing of Tony, both as a valuable and insightful board member and a reliable friend,” said Richard Snell, Chairman of the Board of CVG. “Tony was a leader in the automotive industry and brought deep wisdom to our Board. A man of tremendous accomplishments, Tony always demonstrated humility and a deep interest in others. He leaves a lasting legacy and will be missed by all of us.”
Mr. Johnson was a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
