Ghosn’s hopes shift to new tech and luxury launches

From Datsun and LCVs to Infiniti and new technology, Carlos Ghosn's priorities show a shift from last year's shareholder meeting

Addressing shareholder on 23 June, Chief Executive Carlos Ghosn touched on the key points of Nissan's global agenda for 2015, reflecting a notable shift in focus from last year. In June 2014, much of Ghosn's message to shareholders involved the low-cost Datsun brand and opportunities outside of the Japan. While these are still part of the strategy, greater attention is being paid to new technologies and luxury model launches.
