The theme of this year's Infrastructure Week (16-23 May) in the US was 'Infrastructure Matters', marking an effort to tell the story of what roads, bridges, ports, railways, etc mean to Americans. It was a week of public events, education and advocacy by policy makers, businesses and workers. For the trucking industry, it was the chance to remind everyone that trucking moves America forward, but not without good infrastructure.
