ATA reiterates driver shortage concerns as tonnage continues to rise

US truck tonnage continues to rise. In September, the American Trucking Associations’ advanced seasonally adjusted (SA) For-Hire Truck Tonnage Index increased 1.4% month-on-month to 128.7.
