Toyota is asking the federal court in Santa Ana, California, to dismiss hundreds of lawsuits regarding sudden unintended acceleration in its vehicles, reports Associated Press. In its motion for dismissal, the company stated that prosecuting attorneys have failed to show any evidence of flaws in the vehicles.
