Lithium Boost Technologies Inc., the leading provider of powering systems for low-speed electric vehicles (LSEVs) based on its patented technology to monitor and balance Lithium-ion batteries, today announced that its product will be featured in The Lifted Life Series scheduled to air on Velocity, a division of Discovery Communications Inc., on September 10, at 7:00am PT. http://www.velocity.com
The Lifted Life, a reality TV show featuring six one-hour episodes centers around the team at Five R Trucks dealership in Golden, CO, who build custom trucks from rendering to reality. In the upcoming season 2 show, the team will demonstrate the installation of the Lithium Boost smart battery system in an E-Z-GO customized golf cart.
“I just want to say that I had no idea what to expect from the lithium Boost system”, said Jack Howell, President of Powder Coating Specialties Inc., Golden, Colorado, whose E-Z-GO cart was equipped with Lithium Boost powering system for The Lifted Life reality show. “I have been using the system on a cart that was built for mountain roads, hills, hunting and shooting clay pigeons and I am truly impressed with the power addition to the machine and how long it stays charged for. It’s just a 36v system and I was a little worried if I would have to upgrade but nope, it does everything I need and more. I also added some weight to the cart and it made no difference in performance, it’s still a monster. Thanks Lithium Boost. I’m super happy”.
“We are very proud that our smart battery system is featured in a reality show on Velocity, America’s leading destination for automotive enthusiasts, that will give viewers a close look at custom built golf carts equipped with lithium-ion powering system to enhance their performance”, said Sam Lev, Lithium Boost’s CEO. “The experienced team at Five R Trucks successfully deployed our lithium-ion battery system in the E-Z-GO cart and helped us reaffirm that our unique solution can answer all customer’s needs for powering low-speed electric vehicles and often it exceeds their expectations.”
