Takata has suffered for years allegations of quality control issues, but what started as an ongoing airbag-related recall could now snowball into a major corporate scandal after a video posted online appears to show airbag modules falling off a forklift before being loaded onto a truck for delivery to a vehicle manufacturer. According to further allegations, Takata engineers tested airbag inflators in secret in 2004, but were ordered by company executives to destroy the findings of those tests.
