Interview: Håkan Agnevall, President, Volvo Buses

Electrified buses promise cleaner streets, but beyond that, says Volvo’s Håkan Agnevall, there lies the potential for a revolution in urban planning and power management

The new Volvo 7900 Electric was unveiled at the end of 2017, and the first deliveries are expected to go into operation towards the end of 2018. The 12-metre city bus has a maximum range of 200km. Confirmed orders include the Norwegian cities of Oslo, Trondheim, Drammen and Lillehammer, as well as Leiden in the Netherlands.
