Federal-Mogul Q3 reflects cost, and fruits, of investment

It is a season of considerable upheaval at Federal-Mogul, and its latest results reflect it. The supplier is in the midst of a major restructuring that will see its Motorparts division spun off, its headquarters relocated and several new acquisitions brought within its fold. All of this change comes at a cost, as the third quarter results showed.
