More dance than details in BMW centenary event

Investing in innovation has secured BMW's place in the automotive industry for 100 years and will continue to do so, but the centenary celebrations weren't the place for a detailed roadmap, writes Megan Lampinen

BMW kicked off its centenary celebrations on 7 March with an event in Munich Olympic Park under the theme 'The Next 100 Years'. While the event clearly underlined the importance of BMW's Bavarian roots, it was incredibly hazy on details.
