Volkswagen Group has taken another step towards its goal of becoming a truly global player on the commercial vehicle scene as it announces the establishment of a supervisory board for its newly formed holding company Volkswagen Truck & Bus GmbH. The holding company brings together the three commercial vehicle companies MAN Truck & Bus AG, MAN Latin America and Scania AB, and is geared at facilitating greater collaboration among them.
