The American Trucking Associations (ATA) continues to rail against the recent changes to the hours-of-service (HOS) rules. The new requirements were proposed by the US Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) back in December 2011, but didn't take effect until July this year.
