In August, Agero sold its connected vehicle services business to satellite radio specialist SiriusXM for US$530m. The connected vehicle unit provides a wide range of automotive telematics services, including automated diagnostics, voice texting, remote start, location based content like weather and fuel price information, navigation, emergency assist, stolen vehicle recovery and many others.
