ElringKlinger AG has acquired metal housings manufacturer Thawa GmbH, based in Thale, Saxony-Anhalt, for €3m (US$3.9m).
Thawa has 50 employees in total and in fiscal 2011, the company generated revenue of €3.9m. Thawa has been included in the scope of consolidation of the ElringKlinger Group from 1 January 2012.
