General Motors has announced that the company and its joint ventures experienced the second-highest vehicle sales level ever in China in September, with sales of 240,244 units, a year-on-year gain of 15.3% from the same month in 2010 and a 16.7% month-on-month gain from the August 2011 total (205,885).
