INRIX, Inc., the traffic information company, has extended an offer to ITIS Holdings plc and its shareholders to acquire the UK company for £37m (US$60m).
Bryan Mistele, INRIX president and chief executive officer said: "ITIS is a strategic investment that expands our geographic reach, technical expertise and suite of market-leading technologies."
