According to figures released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), 1.56 million locally-produced vehicles were sold in China in September. This was an improvement of 16.9% compared with sales reported in the corresponding month a year earlier.
Vehicle sales last month were also up 17.7% compared with August 2010
