Ford has announced plans to build a new manufacturing plant in Rayong, Thailand. This facility, planned at an investment of US$450m, is scheduled to be completed in 2012.
The plant is aimed at supporting Ford's expansion strategy in the Asia-Pacific and Africa region. Initially, the plant will produce the Ford Focus
