Walter Borst, chairman of the Adam Opel supervisory board, has been named General Motors vice president and the chief executive officer of Promark Global Advisors, GM's wholly-owned asset management subsidiary.
Borst will continue as chairman of Opel's supervisory board as well, and in his new position, will report to GM vice
