Indian electric car manufacturer Reva has confirmed that it has indeed held preliminary talks with Cape-Natixis SGR, an Italian private equity firm, concerning Fiat Group's Termini Imerese plant in Sicily.
The OEM says it has yet to reach an agreement to propose a conversion of the facility, Dow Jones Newswires says.
