The US may see more aluminium capacity expansion

There has been continued interest in aluminium from automotive manufacturers in light of strict emissions standards. These standards require vehicle manufacturers to bring about a reduction in vehicular emissions and one of the ways to achieve this is by reducing vehicle weight. This allows for better fuel mileage and thereby fewer emissions.
