Verma has 29 years of experience in product development , strategy and business development in Composites, for Automotive, Railways, Electrical & Heavy power industry Like BHEL; Adhesive and sealant for Automotive application (based on Epoxy, PU, Rubber, PVC, Acrylic etc); Windscreen bonding PU based adhesive; Structural adhesive to improve crash and durability; Stiffening foam to improve crash and durability and damping and acoustic material to improve NVH performance.
Verma has presented papers on conductive composites; plastic bonding; structural adhesives for automotive application; recent trends in polymer materials for automotive application, and ways to achieve safety and comfort in lightweight vehicles.
