Uber is deepening its partnership with Chinese autonomous driving firm WeRide with a new investment of US$100m, which will enable the expansion of robotaxi services to 15 additional cities over the next five years. The 15 cities in question are spread across Europe and the Middle East, although specific locations have not yet been disclosed.
